2017

2017 was a very busy and successful year for the Panel Cyfryngau Cymru Media Panel Wales team.

Sian and Bethan travelled the length and breadth of Wales; visiting many community groups, setting up stalls at local and national events and developing community partnerships to promote the Panel.

In the autumn, we were invited by our charity partners at Tŷ Hafan to visit their amazing hospice and see how the money raised by the charity scheme helps them. We were then featured as the first ever bilingual blog on their #FamilyFriday blog page.

We worked with five Welsh companies to offer great prize-draws to members who fill in our surveys, including nights away at stunning locations in Gwynedd and Ceredigion, a family day out to Folly Farm, Mugby mugs and packs of Tregroes Waffles.

As always, we responded to member feedback and implemented a few survey updates during the year making our weekly surveys easier to fill in for both online and postal panel members.

We donated £1,645 to our nominated Charities Ty Hafan, Wales Air Ambulance, Hywel Dda Charities, Hope House and RSPCA.

Our registered community groups received £3,150

Our members received £10,190 worth of shopping vouchers.
